If your package is lost or damaged before delivery, please contact SNParfum.

We will work with the delivery company to resolve the problem.

If you independently choose a carrier that was not offered by SNParfum, the legal responsibility for the goods may transfer according to applicable law.

10. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you are an EU consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For goods, the 14-day period normally starts on the day you receive the goods.

This exception does not automatically apply to every perfume product.

Your legal rights concerning faulty or defective products are not affected.

12. How to Cancel an Order

You do not need to use a special form, although SNParfum may provide a standard cancellation form for your convenience.

13. Returning Products

If you cancel your order under the 14-day right of withdrawal, you normally need to send the products back within the period required by law.

Unless SNParfum has agreed to pay the return cost, you normally pay the direct cost of returning the product.

We will provide information about return costs where required by law.

Please package returned products carefully so they are not damaged during transport.

14. Condition of Returned Products

You have the right to inspect a product as reasonably necessary to check its nature, characteristics and function.

However, if you handle the product more than necessary and this reduces its value, SNParfum may have the right to reduce the refund by the amount of the loss, where permitted by law.

For example, inspecting an unopened perfume is different from heavily using the perfume.

This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty or defective.

15. Refunds

When you cancel a purchase under the legal 14-day withdrawal right, SNParfum will refund you as required by applicable law.

The refund normally includes:

The price paid for the returned product
The standard delivery cost paid for the original order

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we may only be required to refund the cost of the standard delivery option.

SNParfum may wait until the returned product has been received or until you provide evidence that you have sent it back, where permitted by law.

16. Faulty or Defective Products
